Vintage Soholm Pottery Danish Ceramic Table Lamp Medium sized table lamp, hand painted in neutral, muted tones. Features a matt mottled beige rustic stoneware base with a hand painted light olive green & warm brown design. Erika design, model 3062. Designed by Svend Aage Jensen for Soholm Pottery & hand painted by Noomi Backhausen. Handmade in Denmark on the Baltic island of Bornholm in the 1960s/70s. Has its manufacturer’s details, designer's initials & model number etched on its base. It is 29cm high, including the original white lamp holder, & 16cm wide at its widest point. Excellent full working vintage condition. _________________________________________________________ It has been rewired with a vintage style brown braided fabric cable. We can fit a UK/Irish, European, Aus/NZ plug or American plug. It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included). in the photos is a vintage style LED Filament G95 'Radio Spiral' lightbulb (not included). If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they should be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring diameter of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb.
