The dimensions of this bowl are 10.1 inches ( 25.6 cm ) in diameter by 2.75 inches ( 7 cm ) high. This bowl was made of a solid piece of Pin Oak that toppled over in a wind storm on Vancouver Island. Rather than have it used for firewood, the skilled woodturner made a functional piece of art. This Pin Oak serving bowl is finished with food safe Tung nut oil. You can use this serving bowl for any dry food item. Place breads or rolls in it for your entertaining table, or use this lovely Pin Oak bowl as a centre piece for your table decor.
