This is a vintage tea cup & saucer set that includes an extra cup in case of damage. The pieces are marked Neu-Wein. The decoration does not appear to be hand painted. The marking has crossed hammers for Pirkenhammer factory mark. I do not know the origin of these porcelain pieces, but probably collectors would know the country of origin. The cups & saucer are really in very nice condition with no chips or other damage that I see. The gilding is in great condition. The cups are petite & dainty & hold about 4 ounces. The porcelain is thin.
