A classic natural Moroccan rug with a simple graphic design & a very warm cosy feel. The colours of this rug are all natural from the Atlas mountains' sheep. This Beni Ourain rug is carefully hand knotted by craftswomen & craftsmen who live in the Atlas region in Morocco. The craft of rug making runs in families in that area & is world known by its quality. The wool is from sheep who mostly run through the fields freely & the yarn made out of it is hand dyed or recycled. The carpets are hand woven on traditional hand looms that are inherited, sometimes hundreds of years old. This small rug is brand new, carefully selected & quality checked by me .
