Vintage small silk picture...unsure though looks like probably engravinghand painted or colored...signed along bottom of skirt though faded & hard to read. Beautifully done French lady...very detailed...looks like someone added the satiny framed border & paper backing. Shows age wear...some fading, spots, scratches, marks & bit of wrinkling to silk along edges...fading & crushed areas to border...I added a bit of glue to the backing though it's still a bit loose along the edges.
