MINI BOWLS INSPIRED BY WABI-SABI ART The exterior of the bowls is decorated with a lovely matte glaze that overlays purposeful strokes of dark, natural slipware. Playing with the light & shadows derived directly from beneath the earth, the pattern of the ceramic bowls is imbued with wabi-sabi principles that explore the ever-moving constant of nature against its unrelenting rawness. Rich, earthy tones of grey, brown, white & black play with the changeable form of each bowl. Some are swathed in lightness, offset with tiny moments of contrast. Others look almost burned, the darker shades of grey & brown emphasising the rawness found in ceramicware created as it should be.
