Description
I use Kerax 4600 for my snap bars & my finished bars with this mould measure approx 120mm x 15mm x 12mm & roughly 45g in weight. I have also tested this with a soft wax (kerasoy) but it is up to you to decide whether your wax is capable of managing fine detail, raised lines etc. Food safe option available Warming your moulds can help give a smoother, shinier finish to your bars. Although these moulds can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees we recommend a much lower temp to gently warm your moulds through.
