A hand painted illustrations on a hand thrown mug inspired by the Studio Ghibli Film, this is not official merchandise just something inspired by one of my favourite films. Please note: This will take up to 6 weeks to complete. Meet the Spirited Away Mug; the illustrations hand painted on & are exposed clay. It is glazed in my Purple Glaze. The mug is ideal for a pick me up coffee or a nice cup of tea. All my mugs are hand thrown on a potter's wheel & also hand glazed using recipes I make from scratch. These glazes are handmade & the colours may vary & have slight drips.The mugs are made from a Porcelain Stoneware clay body which is initially bisque fired to 1000oC & then glazed & fired to 1260oC. Approx Dimensions: Rim - 10cm Height - 6.7cm Handle length - 5cm Weight - 420g Volume - 300ml All my mugs are handmade so each may item may vary in size. Made to order: If you selecting made to order, it may take up to 6 weeks to throw, dry, fire, glaze & fire again.
