SOLD This desk has now sold, please get in touch if you would like us to source similar for you. This mid century teachers style desk has been completely refurbished in our workshop. The solid oak top has been stripped & a highly durable oil applied although much of the original character has been retained, including ink spots! There are three drawers to one side large enough to take A4 files, above these is a pull out tray with a plastic insert for pens & paper clips! The drawer fronts are an oak veneer which we have again stripped & oiled. The rest of the desk has been painted in ‘Dick Turpin’ a blue/ black colour in eco paint by Victory Colours. This paint is cruelty free, vegan, ultra low VOCs with exceptionally low odour & is highly durable. All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, repaired where necessary, cleaned, sanded, primed & a minimum of two top coats applied by our in house professional painter & decorator, ensuring a lasting & durable finish.
