SOLD SOLD This item has now sold , please get in touch if you would like us to source similar for you. This desk is made from solid pine & is strong, sturdy & heavy. Sitting on a plinth base are two pedestals with drawers. To the left are 4 drawers, while the right looks the same there are actually 3 drawers with the bottom one double height with a rail which will accommodate suspension files. There is also a drawer in the centre. All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, treated for woodworm as a precaution, repaired where necessary, we then ensure the drawers all run smoothly before cleaning, sanding, priming & applying a minimum of two top coats in our workshop by a professional painter & decorator. This piece has been painted in colour matching Farrow & Ball’Railings’ - a black with just hint of blue manufactured by Victory Colours. This paint is cruelty free, vegan, ultra low VOCs with exceptionally low odour & is highly durable. The top has been stained dark & given several coats of highly durable varnish. Perfect for working from home. We have added new brass coloured cup handles to compliment the black.
