Description
A fabulous English oak roll top desk full of quirky charm & character. A single pedestal to the right with 3 drawers (bottom one is double height) & a pull out shelf. A further drawer sits above the knee hole. The top has a tambour front which runs beautifully, this hides assorted cubby holes, drawers & a couple of secret compartments. When the tambour front is pulled down all of the drawers to the base lock, the original key will then lock the front. Perfect for working from home & complying with GDRP. The desk is dated to the interior 1962. We noted some historical worm holes to one of the drawer bases & have treated the entire piece as a precaution.
