Approximate measurements: Height 6.2cm Width 8cm This handmade ceramic planter has been thrown on the potters wheel, using a buff stoneware clay, which has been glazed in an egg shell & & variegated cream glaze, fluted design pottery. Makers mark visible on underside (see close up photo's). The plant is just for decoration & not included in the sale. This is a fluted design, which creates a textural & decorative surface for the glaze to break over. Process Handmade pottery can seem expensive, the cost is due mostly to the time it creates to make one individual piece. Ceramic wares are thrown on the potters wheel, trimmed, left to dry then bisque fired, then glazed & glaze fired & finally bottoms are sanded!
