Looking into a Rockpool, exploring it, you never know what you might see as they are full of treasures & interesting surprises. I try to recreate this excitement & beauty with my Rockpools. Each one is unique. Each one has its own little magic to offer. The Little Rock Pool in Yellow is a perfect circle, made out of driftwood, shells & seaweed. The Little Rock Pool was crafted with love & attention, choosing the perfect little beach finds, collected by myself. The colours in this Rockpool are calming & comforting & complement each other beautifully. The driftwood & seaweed add the finishing touches & give this Rockpool a real feel of seaside, coast & beach life. I never visit a beach without starting a collection of interesting finds... pieces of sea glass, pottery, pebbles, shells or drift wood. I am a complete beachcombing addict & spend as much time as possible on the beach. To create the Little Rock Pool, I have combined some of my favourite beachcombing treasures. The Rockpool is packed with gorgeous seaside treasures, some of which are quite rare & difficult to find. I spend a long time laying out the treasures first, matching colours, shapes & sizes. Once I am happy with the overall design, each piece is then carefully glued into place. This is an original piece of Art work - no two pieces will ever be the same. The Little Rock Pool in Yellow is a piece of art that would look lovely in any room of the house & would make a lovely gift for any seaside / beach lover. The black box frame measures 27cm x 27cm (10.5inch x 10.5inch). The frame has a stand but can also be hung on a wall. The frame is glass fronted. All beach treasures are mounted onto quality, black mounting board. The Little Rock Pool in Natural colours will come to you, carefully wrapped in tissue paper, in a protective box.
