This is a salt spoon or perhaps mustard spoon made from silver plate made by the Edward & John Barnard who were based in London & it dates to around about the middle of the 19th Century. in very nice condition, the handle has been engraved with DEB which probably would have been someone's initials rather than belonging to Deborah. The little spoon measures 4" long & a little under 1" wide.
