23 x 28 I have been weaving Rag Rugs for forty years. Recycling is the heart of my passion & natural fibers, wool, cotton & hemp, are the bones. All rugs are woven on my 18th century loom which means the only energy used to create the rugs comes from what I bring to the loom each day & not a power cord. At a moment in time when we need to tread softly on the earth, my Rag Rugs soften your steps. Due to the serendipity nature of working with recycled material, each rug is unique, all are hard working & long wearing. This Rag Rug is 23 x 28 The warp, yarn is 100% cotton & the weft, rags, are recycled corduroy pants. Brown, black, linen & beige are the colors of the stripe. Shades of brown, black & gray corduroy pants are used for the weft. . Easy care; a shake a sweep or cold water wash & line dry. The ends are hand hemmed so you need never fuss with fringe.
