A superb Art Deco circular petal shaped mirror. A great design from a time of opulence, the inner main mirror plate is circular with a fine bevelled edge. The outer sections add the colour & design to this beautiful piece. There are eight petal shaped mirrored sections surrounding the main plate. They are a pink/light peach colour, each individual coloured section is bevel edged, a good quality design element. The reflectivity of the main plate & each of the outer coloured sections is very good. There are no scratches, loss of silvering or misting, there are three small spots on the main mirror, these are age related as is a mark at the edge of one of the coloured petals (see pics) they are negligible & do detract from the overall quality of this mirror. The centre mirror plate is held in place with screws with chrome caps & the outer mirrored sections held in place with traditional claw clips adding that further touch of quality. The nine mirrored pieces are mounted on a wooden backboard, the original fixtures & fittings are attached to the rear too.
