Lost or Damaged item. For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company. For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent. Processing Time Processing time is 3 working days, that is the time it takes for your item to be made. The estimated dispatch date is shown on your receipt. Upgrade to faster shipping All orders to the UK are sent tracked. All other destinations are sent International tracked.
