You can find this on your order confirmation email, Etsy app or in your Etsy purchase history. Lost or Damaged item. For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company. For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent. Processing Time Processing time is 3 working days, that is the time it takes for your item to be made. The estimated dispatch date is shown on your receipt. If you would like to update your order to be shipped sooner please message me. I will do my best to accommodate your request however during busy times it might not be possible. Upgrade to faster shipping All orders to the UK are sent tracked. All other destinations are sent International tracked. If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping please contact me & I will look at options. I will send you a link to purchase the upgrade. If you require your item for a certain date you need to message me directly to discuss if this is possible. If you leave a note at the checkout stating you would like it for a certain date I won't see this until I come to process the order so it could be too late to change the delivery service.
