This elegant piece uses 2 votive candles (included) placed on the shelf behind, which allows the light to shine through the cut- out shapes giving off a warm glow. A stunning piece for a mantlepiece or to add to a collection of candles. The skyline comes alive when lit with a flickery starry skyline. A lovely gift for any occasion. Dimensions: Width: 19cm maximum Height: 21cm maximum Depth: 5cm I'm Sarah Amos & I run my own Pottery studio called The Pottery Corner on the South Coast of England near Chichester. I started making these Luminaires this summer & just love how the light shines through the cut-out pattern illuminating the city skyline. This piece will get hot when candles are placed behind - please be careful not to pick up when lit as the luminaire will be extremely hot & there will be liquid wax behind. Soot may be created from the candle residual. This can easily be washed off using simple washing up liquid or similar.
