Berry Bowl: What a wonderful way to have snacking berries on the ready. Just rinse & let drain on the counter. Voil ready for eating anytime. The patterns are composed of ceramic pigments that will never fade because they are fused into the white hand mixed, lead free, totally homemade food safe over glaze. The bowl is 6.5 wide & 3.5 high. Perfect for raspberries, blueberries & cherry tomatoes. A wonderful gift! I made it on my wheel in my basement studio using Canadian stoneware clay cone 6 clay. I free hand decorated it with for safe commercial underglazes. I mixed up the clear glaze myself so that I know exactly what is in the glaze. It is also totally food safe. I have been a hobby potter for some 40 years. Since I also was an elementary school teacher I love teaching pottery to kids in my garage in springtime before the summer holidays. I completed the professional ceramic course offered by our provincial government. I can say that I am a certified potter! I love clay!
