I believe that the first drink of the day should be in a beautiful wheel-thrown mug - it's a daily ritual which deserves to be enjoyed to the fullest! Handmade from a ball of stoneware clay using a potters wheel, in my cosy Wiltshire (UK) studio. Finished inside & out in a beautiful combination of glazes which show indigo blue, forest green & a matte black at the bottom. The handle was pulled in the traditional way & fits at least three fingers. Made from stoneware clay & glazed using food safe glazes. Twice fired upto 1200c in my electric kiln. The base has been sanded smooth to ensure your surfaces are safe. Photographs show actual item currently available. All items are similar but not identical due to the nature of handmade. The perfect gift for a coffee or tea lover! Dishwasher & microwave safe, however to retain its ravishing good looks, I recommend washing by hand! Each mug is made individually by me, one by one.
