Proper professional engraving should fully remove the powder coating & reveal the shiny stainless steel. These products are expensive, so getting a lasting professional result is important! We have been in business since 2007 & run an industrial size professional laser in the shop. >> CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To keep stainless steel products looking their best, we recommend hand washing using a mild soap & water solution or a non-abrasive cleaning agent. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges or pads, or anything that could scratch or damage the surface of your product. Take the tumbler apart & clean all parts, including inside the straw, lid & silicone pieces on a regular basis. After washing, dry your stainless steel product thoroughly inside & out to prevent water spots or stains that could mark permanently on the metal if left untreated. Refer to additional care instructions from the manufacturer. >> WEAR & TEAR: Handle your tumbler with care. Dropping or banging the tumbler onto hard surfaces can chip the powdercoat and/or dent the steel. We are not responsible for normal wear & tear and/or damage incurred.
