This laser method is unique to my shop & sets my tumblers apart from regular lasering & designs. The wear/tear depth effect is intentional & part of the design. This process will last the life of your cup. The engraving will not rub, peel off or fade on your tumbler like stickers, decals, paint & sublimation. Stainless Steel tumbler engraving is not all created equal. Look for the engraved graphics to be shiny steel & not a dull gray color as seen created on many hobby lasers or inexperienced users. Proper professional engraving should fully remove the powder coating & reveal the shiny stainless steel. These products are expensive, so getting a lasting professional result is important! We have been in business since 2007 & run an industrial size professional laser in the shop. >> CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To keep stainless steel products looking their best, we recommend hand washing using a mild soap & water solution or a non-abrasive cleaning agent. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges or pads, or anything that could scratch or damage the surface of your product. Take the tumbler apart & clean all parts, including inside the straw, lid & silicone pieces on a regular basis.
