Once the clay is dry, the Whimsy Spiderwebs are fired in my kiln. As they're all handmade, no two are exactly alike. Imperfections are part of the charm! It's ready to plant & enjoy! They can take the heat, rain or snow. I have Airbrushed Enamel Paint on the surface & then finished them with a clear gloss Spar Urethane that contains an UV protectant against natures toughest conditions. This will reduce the graying & fading effects of the sun.
