I love these vintage lustre ware dessert dishes by Maling! These would brighten up any table setting with their bright coloured glazes in blue & green, gold rims & flower design. The blue & green reduces down to white in an ombre fashion as you delve down into the bowl of the dishes. They are elegant & playful as well as practical. I love the little moat around the base for holding a spoon or biscuit! This pair of pudding or sundae dishes are in excellent vintage condition, with a little wear to the gilding - as seen in the photographs. They would be a wonderful addition to your dining table but would also make a perfect gift for someone special. Great as a present for your foodie friend or partner, pudding lover, any ice-cream fiend - for birthdays, Christmas, house warming or anniversary. VINTAGE ITEMS Please get in touch if you have any questions about the items in my shop. If you are buying a vintage item this means that it is at least 20 years old & many are much older. Vintage items are usually pre-loved and, even if they have lived a former life in a display cabinet, they are still likely to show signs of use & age. This does of course add to their character & charm! I will do my absolute best to honestly describe each item & its condition so please read my descriptions fully & look at all the photographs provided. I try not to enhance the photographs so that the colours are as true as possible. PACKAGING I use either recycled packaging or recyclable/biodegradable packaging. If your items are wrapped in green bubble wrap then this is recyclable & can be recycled along with bread bags at larger supermarkets. If you have clear bubble wrap, this is recycled (through re-use) packaging. I use oodles of eco-flo starch chips (this is biodegradable loosefill packaging) & recycled boxes where possible, but always cardboard so that they can be recycled. The brown tape holding your parcels together is also 100 % recyclable. Other products, such as polystyrene, are re-used products - received by myself or friends in parcels.
