Adjustable elastic string has 2 beads. The measurement includes the rim of the hat, meaning its the diameter of the bottom rim of the hat, not the skinnier top part of the hat. Please measure your pet between ears to make sure hat will fit. If you want elastic string for this hat, send me message with circumference of the head please.
