Here for sale we have a lovely vintage picture. It's a print on board, of nice quality, & depicts a beautiful cat with her three kittens. With a smart two tone tan & black wooden frame, the front has a brass plaque etched: A CAT WITH HER THREE KITTENS 1893 HENRIETTE RONNER - KNIP (1821 - 1909) Henriette Ronner Knip was especially well known for her works depicting cats & dogs. The cat is white & grey & each kitten is different, set against a muted background; they are nestled into a drape. The colours are lovely & vibrant. The frame has a gold coloured inner, & the back has ample string for hanging on a wall; it has been professionally framed. The measurements are approximately 30 cm or 12 inches in height, & 36 cm or 14 inches in width. Depth is 2.5 cm or 1 inch. The wooden frame is in good order, & this piece has been gently cleaned. As this is a print on board, there is no glass cover, but the image is in excellent condition. Lovely for decorators, a nice gift, or just a great addition to any decor.
