Warm up the kids all winter with their own personalized hot chocolate mug! All of our mug designs are professionally printed directly onto the mugs (no stickers or vinyl). Our camp mugs are metal & shatterproof! Making them ideal for the little ones in your life. All of our mugs come gift wrapped as shown, for easy gifting. BULK ORDERS: To make buying easier first select your mug type (must be the same for all) from the drop down menu & then select the quantity of mugs you would like. in the personalization box list all the names, design (if applicable), & font preferences. Please see the example below. Then click Add to cart. Feel free to message me if us have any questions. Example: Addison, Font 3 John, Font 5 Emma, Font 8 Example with Design: Sophia, Snowman, Font 5 Lucas, Deer, Font 9 CARE: Camp mugs are hand wash only & not microwave safe! Ceramic mugs are dishwasher + microwave safe. Hand washing is recommended. FONTS: If no font is chosen Font 8 will be used in default. MUG OPTIONS: 10 oz. camp mug with silver or black rim. 11 oz. white ceramic. 15 oz. camp mug with lid. 15 oz. white ceramic. 11 oz. black ceramic. 15 oz. black ceramic. MATERIAL: 100% ceramic. Camp mugs are metal. Please note while they are shatterproof they are not indestructible & still can chip, relative care should be used. During the holiday season, our production team will be working 7 days a week. This includes morning + evening shifts. Rest assured we are working as hard & fast as possible to produce & ship your orders on time. From November 15th through December 31st, our production time increases to 5-7+ business days. Most orders will ship before the 6th business day, but, you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume we experience. Shipping: All orders are shipped & insured by USPS, UPS, FedEx, & DHL with tracking. During the holiday season, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, bad weather, & situations that are beyond our control. Petaled is not able to refund due to delays. Petaled does not guarantee shipping carrier timelines or Etsy's estimated delivery dates as they are generated automatically & not always accurate.
