The plaques are made bespoke to you with your family name or our family added to the bottom of the plaque please add a message once you have ordered. Please note Smaller shapes will be used for larger numbers. Hearts & paw prints for names can be painted in any colour scheme you would like but if no colour is specified, white will be used.
