Each frame is unique, & customised to your specification. This is the perfect gift for birthdays, mothers day, anniversaries or even just as a keepsake for your home. All of our products are hand made & created by our in house team based in the UK. We specialise in PERSNLised products, to make each one above & beyond your usual online order. We can accommodate all types of personalisation requests, please just message us before the order is placed if the customisation is unusual so we can discuss all of the options available. DETAILS Please add your text for the middle in the personalisation box & send me the photos for your order through Etsy message DELIVERY INFORMATION We use a different range of couriers depending on the sizes & weight of the package. We use a tracked service for this product so we can make sure your package is safe on its way to you. At times there can be delays with couriers. We will do everything in our power to chase & resolve any issues but please remember it can be out of our hands at times. You are welcome to also contact the courier to chase them if delays occur. We are aware you might not always be at home to receive your item. The courier will reattempt delivery up to 3 times before the item is sent back to us. If the item is sent back, it is your responsibility to pay for postage again for the item to be resent. For more information on delivery policies please see our shop policies page. Please ensure you have checked your spelling when requesting personalisation, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spelling, unless we are at fault. Proofs are not sent before we make your item due to the nature of the item, however if you would like to see the item before it gets dispatched please message me & I can arrange this. Due to different screens & monitors, colour appearance may not truly represent the finished product. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
