You're almost there. You've reached an original Perks & Recreation mug, & with a few more clicks this mug can soon be on its way to you. About Our Mugs We offer ceramic mugs for sale. Please note, the design appears on one side of the mug only (as seen in the photo). The text and/or image on each mug is very sharp - we do not allow poor quality mugs to leave the shop. Ceramic mugs are dishwasher & microwave safe because of the dye sublimation process that we use. This process chemically bonds the ink to the mug surface. You can expect your mug to last a very long time with regular use. (Handwashing is preferred, but not necessary) Personalization Personalization can be added to the mugs, but you must select the appropriate option when ordering (with +custom). Custom text is printed on the opposite side of the mug (unless otherwise requested). Put your personalization text in the Notes when you order. NOTE: We can make simple text changes to our design (e.g. changing a year) for no additional fee. Production & Shipping We make our mugs nearly every day so we ship very quickly, usually in 1-2 business days (longer for larger orders). If you need your order by a certain day please ask ahead of time - we will respond quickly. Mugs are shipped via USPS Priority mail & are packed very well. We rarely have a mug break during shipping, but please read our Policies for how we handle this.
