ABOUT YOUR CUSTOM RUGS Your custom rugs are beautifully handmade to order using anti-slip latex sponge & luxurious Marbled Velvet fabric. The warm, soft pile under your feet & the glistening surface simply exude sophistication & charm. To ensure any space can be transformed, you can design your own rug, UK handmade to order in 2 sizes; all of which are perfectly suited to both wooden flooring & carpets. THE PROCESS OF CUSTOM MADE RUGS Your original designs are printed using dye sublimation, which fuses the inks deep into the fibres of velvet (marbled or shimmer) so it won't peel over time. We bind jute to the anti-slip latex sponge base for added strength & structure, topping with the printed velvet design. The edges are neatly hemmed, creating a distinct straight line. We hand sew the natural cotton fringe to both or just one of the shorter edges, should you select one of these decorative options. If you ever need to transport your bespoke rugs, they can easily be rolled up, despite the structured jute layer. Details are reproduced to a photo finish, with high definition colours & expert fine lines. Please note: Due to the production process there is an odour which emits from the base/back of the rug. This is normal & will air out in a few days. CARE INSTRUCTIONS To maintain cleanliness & the pristine condition of your custom rugs, vacuum regularly. Do not put in washing machine, but if necessary, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Please do not place in close proximity to fire places or burning coals/wood.
