Blue Bird Ornament, Delft Blue & White, Handmade Ornament, Ceramic Ornament, Christmas Ornament, Bird Decoration, For the Bird Watcher: Beautiful handmade delft blue & white bird ornament. Every piece starts as a lump of clay, & is shaped, carved & painted by hand. Each bird ornament is one of a kind. They are each painted differently so that no two are ever quite alike, making them ever so special. They measure approximately 4 inches wide by 3.38 inches from the top to bottom, excluding the ribbon for hanging. Kiln fired twice for durability. The reverse side is glazed with clear gloss glaze & reveals the white color of the clay body, & is marked with my name. These birds are beautiful hung on a Christmas tree, but too pretty to keep out only for a brief time each year! They look lovely hanging in a window or a special place in the home to look at all year long. Comes in a gift box. PLEASE NOTE: Each bird ornament is $20.
