This is a pair of 1950s cotton pillowcases unused & still wrapped in their original packaging. The package reads Tex-Made T.M. Reg'd Pillow Slips made righthere in Canada By Dominion Textile Co. Limited Montreal Select Quality Homestead Pillow Slips. Dominion Textile was founded in 1905 & closed in 1998 - it was a household name in Canada. The Tex-Made trademark was registered in 1947 - I would assume that these pillowcases date to the 1950s, possibly early 1960s. The label reads One Pair Size 42 Finished Size Made in Canada.
