Mini Original Linocut Hawthorn Print / Card A hand carved linocut print of Hawthorn This is an original linocut printed in a fresh spring green Ink on Ivory Khadi paper with a decal edge. This print measures 11cm wide x 15cm high (4.25x 6 inch). Signed with my initials. Unframed & unmounted. Each print may have slight variations due to being hand printed & the paper it's on. The print will be posted flat in a rigid card envelope, to prevent damage during shipping. Posted 1st Class Signed For Designed & hand printed on the Isle of Wight from my studio overlooking the sea. Inspired by trips to Norway & Denmark, she has created a range of fresh, clean & colourful graphics, drawing inspiration from Nordic folk art along the way. The bold colours of contemporary Scandinavian graphics have influenced her colour palette. Working from her home studio overlooking the Solent, Kathy's illustrations aim to capture the beauty of nature together with botanical elements that have become a feature of her work. Recently Kathy has been exploring lino printing, her prints have developed from her illustration style. With her love of fine paper & all things printed, Kathy has discovered that printmaking has opened up an exciting way of taking her design work forward.
