A Drum for Tommy - Authentic collectable sculpture authorized by the Norman Rockwell Family Trust. -Premiere issue in the Rockwell's Season of Joy collection. This Norman Rockwell Santa Claus portrayal first appeared on the cover of the December 17, 1921 issue of The Country Gentleman magazine - Santa is quite detailed. He holds a note from Tommy which reads Please give me a drum, Tommy. He comes with 2 sacks full of toys & at Santa's feet are a very colorful ball, party hat & teddy bear!This wonderful piece seems to be made of resin. Hand Painted & issued to honor the 75th. anniversary of the artwork's first publication. Dated 1998 & bears the seal of the Norman Rockwell Family Trust- Measures approximately 7 tall.
