The coasters are manufactured in Plymouth, Michigan (USA) with utmost attention to detail. The artwork used is very high-resolution & crisp. The coasters are sturdy & reusable, & the marking is permanent (laser engraving) so it will not fade or wash away after repeated use. These coasters are thoughtful & unique gifts for any occasion (wedding, housewarming, graduation, birthday, retirement, etc.), & are also awesome conversation starters. The coasters are classy & elegant while being safe for use on furniture of any kind (100% water/drink proof). Also, they can be gently washed if necessary without risk of damage. PERSONALIZATION ($10 Extra) These coasters can be personalized with a name, or any other text you like for an additional $10 on the back surface. Please limit the text to 50 characters including spaces. We will invoice you separately through paypal for this service so please provide an e-mail address for this purpose. Please note that if we don't receive such a message from you within 12 hours of purchasing, then we will proceed to ship the item without personalization (as is). CUSTOM ARTWORK Custom artwork (such as your logo design) and/or other artwork is possible for this item. Once we agree on cost/time you will be invoiced through PayPal. After payment, the artwork will be created & sent to you for proofing. Once you bless the artwork, we will proceed to manufacture the items. SHIPPING TIME The coasters generally ship out from our location in Michigan within 2 business days via USPS first class mail (personalized items usually take an extra day to accomplish).
