Very suitable for daily use. The hard olive wood is extremely robust & resistant, even in hot fat. For maintenance, the spoon should be oiled with a little olive oil every now & then after rinsing. If we are not given a font, we always use Berlin Sans FB. The position of the engraving for this product is always about 2 - 3 cm (0.8 - 1.2 inches) from the end of the stem.
