This is a gorgeous example of West German Mcm art pottery by Carstens Tonnieshof. The primary colour is a very dark brown matte glaze but the the bulbous section near the base is a vibrant gloss orange with grey amoeba shaped splashes. It is embossed on the bottom W. Germany 1265-24. There is a flake of colour missing just below the top edge. Otherwise this piece is in excellent condition. Height is 9, max. diameter is approx. 6, & top diameter is 3 . Weight is 1 kilo or approx 2 1/4 lbs. Please contact us if you would like more pictures or information. Re: shipping.
