An excellent vintage 1930s oak single pedestal desk with 3 drawers & additional slide out platform. Perfectly compact when space is at a premium, this desk still has plenty of room for your laptop, coffee, phone etc. as well as easily accessible storage with three deep drawers. The paper shown in the corner of the drawer is A4 size, for scale. The desk is in the classic style for the period, with its thick wooden pulls in the drawers, gently arched frontal frieze & simple utilitarian design, all in wonderfully rich grain mid-dark brown solid Oak. Please study photos for condition. There is a darkened patch toward the front of the desk top, but otherwise structurally & aesthetically this near antique desk is in great condition. Measures 84cm wide X 45cm deep X 73cm tall. Due to the size & weight of the desk it will be sent by courier from Cardiff. You may also of course collect it or arrange a courier yourself. Shipping by courier arranged by us is to be paid by the buyer directly to the courier on delivery. A price will be arranged by us in advance with a courier we have used many times & agreed with the buyer before confirmation. This cost will be very reasonable as the regular courier gets a lot of work from us.
