Beautiful large vintage adjustable desk lamp made in Yugoslavia in 70s' by Sijaj Hrastnik. This lamp is fully functional & in good working order, with some small signs of wear. They enjoyed great popularity on the market, being the only lamps available that were comprehensively designed & adapted to different daily functions. They became a special symbol of rationality & functionality in the 70s & 80s. Without these features, the recognisable characteristics of that time would have been dramatically different. The lamp has an adjustable shade in industrial style that slides on a chromed metal pillar. Due to its dimensions, it can also be used as a floor lamp.
