SHIPPING & DELIVERY We send your orders via TNT Cargo for fast delivery. Under normal circumstances, we deliver your carpets to you within 4 to 11 days. Delays may occur from time to time due to address & country customs procedures. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS We produce your carpets specifically for you. These rugs, which are specially produced for you, are delivered to cargo after passing quality control. We do not accept returns except for printing errors. We are not making changes.
