HOW TO ORDER: Step 1 - Select your choice of items Step 2 - Add name as you want them printed as we copy & paste from here with no editing. The design is set & only the name can be changed. DESIGN: Style - Eucalyptus Initial, Name & Title Design Ceramic Mug - gloss finish, 11oz (standard handle / heart handle) Ceramic Coaster - gloss finish, 105mm x 105mm x 5mm, cork base Currently during this busy time we are unable to povide digital proofs/mock-ups of orders, we print all of our orders to match the images of the designs shown on the product page. INFORMATION: Hand-pressed sublimation pattern. Please note that colours in the digital images may vary slightly to the finished products due to different monitor settings & editing software used. Please view the videos/photos of the images posted as they have had no editing, effects etc. & should represent the most realistic view of the colours once printed onto the item. - POSTAGE TIMES Please see the individual product pages for the processing times & ensure you choose a suitable delivery method. Items that arrive too late cannot be refunded, the delivery dates provided are estimates & not guaranteed. SHIPPING COSTS All shipping is combined, provided all items are going to the same address. This means you will only pay a single shipping charge for your order, not for each item. (The only exception is added cost to international orders which is calculated by weight). RETURNS I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable & in its original condition, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products.
