PROCESSING TIMEFRAME Orders will be processed & dispatched within the timeframe shown on the listing page (usually 3-5 days). If you need your item in a hurry, please select the 'Rush my Order' option at checkout, this will ensure we ship your item within 48hours - you will receive an additional email/message from us confirming this. SHIPPING There are several options for shipping at the checkout stage. The standard option is Royal Mail 2nd class, this is not a tracked service & delivery dates are an estimate only, we are not responsible for how long it takes to reach you (allow 3-10 days). We recommend that if your event date is within 2 weeks of ordering to upgrade to our express shipping or rush my order shipping options at checkout. RETURNS I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable & in its original condition, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products.
