With the right care & attention it's possible our dried flower bouquets to last for 3-5 years or longer. PACKAGING: Each of our bouquets are hand tied with care, if your bouquet is a gift there is a gift wrapping option at the checkout to make your gift extra special. - Your order will be packaged in a 40 or 55cm long box depending on the size of your bouquet. - Letterbox flowers are packaged in 30cm box that will fit through your letterbox. DELIVERY: We aim to make your order within 48 hours. Once your order has been made we will dispatch the next working day possible. Standard delivery- Royal Mail 2-4 working days. FIRST CLASS- Royal Mail 1-3 working days. TRACKED- 1-2 Working days. RETURNS: We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. As most of these products are made to order, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unused in it's original packaging. When returning your order, please keep any receipts as proof of postage if needed. As we are a small business we are unable to pay for your return postage cost.
