This is a beautiful handmade lampshade which is made with an oriental inspired fabric & is available with a choice of linings. It would look gorgeous in a variety of settings & is handmade from a lovely cotton fabric which features cranes & mythical dragons together with blue edged trees & gorgeous gold metallic detail woven throughout. Due to the size of the pattern & dependent on the size you order can you please let me know whether you would like either the dragon or crane to be prominent at the front of the lampshade. Most of my lampshades are made to order but I sometimes have one in stock ready to be shipped out for those times when you need something in a hurry! I take great care in ensuring the placement of the fabric is completed to show off the lampshade to its best. Dependent on what size shade you order your lampshade will look very similar to the one pictured. A great deal of the detail is dependent on the size of the shade but I will advise on this also if you wish. This shade would look perfectly at home either in a modern home , cottage or countryside home & I am sure it will look lovely with a great range of interior design schemes. All my lampshades can be made as either pendant (for the ceiling), table or floor standing lamps. Please remember to choose the correct option as to whether you would require either a ceiling shade or lamp shade. I make all the lampshades to a professional standard, using a neat seam & rolled edges, from my home in the beautiful small rural market town of Pateley Bridge in North Yorkshire. I do offer a choice of linings for these lampshades; these are either white or brushed metallic. The choices for the brushed metallic are brushed copper, brushed gold or brushed silver. The prices for these are as listed. If you do decide you would like a metallic lining then just add a note when ordering to let me know which colour you would prefer. There are also a couple of variations which differ from the usual sizes on the listings for this lampshade & I would just like to give an explanation of what these mean - 45x30 Met + Diff Centimeters - this is as it states 45cm diameter x 30cm height with a metallic lining & a diffuser, which is most commonly used for a ceiling pendant so as not to see the bulb. This size of lampshade is larger then the width of the fabric, which is 110cm so I would have to add a panel as the total circumference of the shade would be 1429mm.
