This spacious Edwardian mahogany chest of drawers has been given a fabulous face lift! Hand painted in a sophisticated dark green chalk mineral paint, Collard Greens, from the Dixie Belle range & drawer fronts embellished with stencilling in a coppery gold wax. The piece has been finished with the original hardware cleaned & enhanced with metallic wax. The drawers have been lined with a dark green tropical leaf paper. This piece is very striking as well as functional & would make the perfect focal point in any bedroom or entry way. The chest of drawers comprises of two smaller drawers over three large & spacious drawers, all mounted on small cabriolet legs. The piece is strong & well constructed with some small signs of its previous life. Dimensions are: Width 92cm Height 103cm Depth 46cm As with all of my pieces you are most welcome to view them at my workshop near Bath BS31 3.
