Unique farmhouse style pillow adds the perfect touch to any living room or bedroom dcor. These are great addition to any home. Each pillow is homemade by me after the order is place. Therefore, no two pieces are the same. All pillows will be shipped USPS Ground which could take up to 6 days or more for delivery. To help make removal of the pillow form easier, all pillows are made with an envelope opening in the back MATERIALS - 100% cotton canvas - Design is embordered -pillow form is 100% polyester plush with 65% polyester & 35% cotton cover -Pillow size - 17x17 I DO NOT USE VINYL. With proper care the design will not fade CARE INSTRUCTIONS - To preserve thread color - Remove Pillow Form - Wash cold water on Delicate cycle - Dry on low heat or air dry - Cool iron if needed - DO NOT BLEACH Care instructions will also be included with package With every item being handmade there might be a small variance in color & image placement. If the address needs to be changed after order is placed, I will cancel the order, so you can correct the shipping address - CUSTOM ORDERS Should we receive the return package the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees -NON CUSTOM ORDERS Should we receive the return package, the customer will be notified. The customer will than have the option to cancel the order minus shipping or reship at buyers' expense. I keep my turn around time as up to date as possible. If there is a delay, I will let you know ASAP so we can discuss options. - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact your USPS office & either check the status of the item or file a claim. Unfortunately, this is not something I am able to help with. -DAMAGE PACKAGE If your package is damaged you will need to file a claim with USPS. Please be sure to take photos of the package immediately after receiving for the USPS claim. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGES UNTIL AFTER YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED.
