This is such a pretty bowl & underplate (saucer) set! It doesn't have any maker's mark, but it looks like it was made by a high quality company! Maybe French or German? The bowl is rather deep, & the scalloped rim sections open up like a flower. The interior & exterior of the bowl are a pale yellow color, as well as the saucer, with a wide gold border. The center of the saucer is white. Both the saucer & bowl have a cluster of pink roses & stems leading vertically towards the center. Another interesting feature is that the underside of the bowl stylized stems & leaves in gold branching out along the petal sections of the bowl. So pretty!
