This Audacity Doormat is a must have! It is 100% Polyester material. This doormat is made with a permanent sublimation ink process. Spot Clean Only TURNAROUND TIME Most items are made to order. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days not including weekends or holidays. Please allow at least 2 additional business days for shipping. If an item is RTS(ready to ship), it will be noted in the listing. This will make the turnaround time only 3 to 5 days for shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Colors may vary slightly from the colors on your monitor or mobile devices. Before completing your order, please make sure you have read & understood the shop policies as well as the item description. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you fail to read the policy or item description. Review them carefully as they are the terms that govern your purchases. There will be no exceptions. RETURN POLICY: We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS on custom made items. These items are made specifically for you. You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery & we will work with you to quickly resolve this issue. Refund will be issued after inspecting the returned item & it has been approved to be in the same condition as you had received it. The refund will then be credited back in the original form of payment. This turnaround time will depend on your banks policies. You will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
